Load the spell, copy the effect, load the item, paste the effect.  Then adjust the timing mode and stuff if you want it permanent and whatever.

I wish to add a spell effect to an item, more particualarly I wish to add the effects of improved alacrity to a Circlet of Netheril, wish either NI or DLTCEP. How would I do this?
