Ah yes, the joy of running a forum.  "You're banned, and you and you and you!  Hey, how come nobody's in my forum???"

Power often goes to people's heads.

Some other BG modding sites, past and present, have made it part of their standard operating procedure to ban people for no apparent reason. To mock these giants of interpersonal relations, we refer to the practice as "banzored", BANEING (as in, "YOUR BANED, GAY LORD!!!!!111") and so forth. Complete with whimsical smiley.

'scuse my nu-b-ness, but what is banzored?  Banned?  Where's it come from?

@Ghrey
It's about halfway up this page.  I remember thinking "I know modders get really attached to their work, but this guy is really passionate.  Reminder to self: put Indira in the back whenever in combat so I don't get :-ban"

Oh! Right right right, yeah, I remember.  Heh.

...Ghrey said I can't use any more of his mods :)

Heh, I only vaguely remember what that was about.  I assume I was joking, right?

Yea I'm sure you were, it was after getting Indira, then meeting a Kobold on the way out and the first shot from it killed Indira. Guess thats what i get for picking her up at 1st level.

And I was too.

I was going to research (once I get to it) a patch that will make Khalid/Jaheira to recognise when PC is being an evil SoB and sends one of them unarmored and unarmed  into battle or Ctrl+Y them... I thought it's gonna be one hell of a an Easter egg  :pirate

While you're at it, why not come up with a mod that has Khalid called away on some urgent business that only he can take care of, which allows Jaheira to stay in the party without him?

Because I believe that she would go with him. Same true for a vice versa case. I agree with BioWARE descision on inspearable NPCs. I agree with BioWARE descision on incompatible NPCs.

By the way, totally off topic, when Sarevok first killed Gorion, I scrolled back to see how much damage he'd taken without getting killed (came to 100 or so) so I knew how many hit points I'd need by the time I met him.

This probably doesn't have any effect on anything, since cut-scene creatures are usually modified to survive the cut-scene until specifically told not to do so.

Drat.

Odd, I always "accidentally" got Dynaheir killed because she got on my nerves.  I can stand Khalid because he can fight.  I just used to give Dynaheir a script that made her attack anything, then "accidentally" forgot to provide her with a weapon.  Minsc says something about her being revenged but he never does anything about it.

Not sure why Dyanheir got on nerves, I made her a sorcerer, gave her the ring of wizardry, (double 1st level spells) got to memorize 10 MM out of her, that was nice.

I used to play a mage so having her around was unnecessary and I used to pick up Branwen and keep her.

This time, however, because I'm playing Tutu, I'll drop both Minsc and Dynaheir and pick up Finch and Indira.  Finch takes care of the cleric problem and Indira takes care of the mage problem (I'm playing a dual classed fighter/thief, admittedly cheating this time with Shadow Keeper).

next time I was going to try Finch or Indira again also, but Ghrey said I can't use any more of his mods :) oh wait Finch isn't his, it's Bons' , so maybe I can use that one.

well, i never did, 'cause my party always looked like this:

Me Cleric
Minsc
Coran
Kivan
Dynaheir
Yeslic/Xan/Quayle/Ajantis

Hmm, never seem to find a suitable NPC for the last slot....but I beat the game trice with this party... ;D
