« on: September 14, 2004, 12:39:34 PM »There's some sort of roll that the game makes. I think there's a 2da that governs it, but I can't find it, since I'm not at my computer. Anyways, it's sort of like a CheckStatGT(Player1,X,CHR), only has a bit of randomization in it, and how evil/good you are may affect it. I can't actually recall.

... and after killing the Flaming First with her she said thanks and left. I was a bit puzzled I couldn't get her to join, since I'm a bona fide Evil type, so I opened up NI.
Turns out she has a check in her dialogue for ReactionLT(FRIENDLY_LOWER). I haven't had to deal with this sort of thing in the past - does anyone know about how Reaction categories work? Why won't Viconia join me?
I'm trawling the IESDP at the moment, but not found stuff yet, so thought I'd post.
