Have you tried following the instructions in the "Uncommon Ascension finale bug" thread?  (Using the CLUAConsole to set the appropriate DeathScript to 0.)  It's not entirely clear from your message.

Like the previous thread, I have encountered unkillable baddies, usually Sendai or Abazigal. They are unkillable even with the deathscript fix. I was curious about this patch... is it separate from v1.4? If so, where may I dl it? If not, any ideas what is wrong?
