Which mod has these fixes?

I am looking for a couple of fixes to the original game, namely:

1) I want my F/M/T to have all 3 strongholds, and
2) I want him to be able to cast level9 mage spells, eventually.

I understand that multiple strongholds is a part of Ease-To-Use mod, am I correct? I'm heading off to dl it.

How about the question #2?

For #2 you need an xp cap remover.  You can get one in Ease, though if you're using TDD as well they already include one, and list the Ease version as incompatible.

So I get both of these with The Ease, good. The exp remover-thingy sorta eluded my eyes while reading the Ease documentation.
