Imp Ily: bug (Azengaard related?)

OK, an Imp Ilyich bug.

Situation: BG2 with a bunch of WeiDU mods installed, with the Improved Azengaard tactical encounter (its on "Other Mods" page of Wes' site) installed before Tactics.

Problem: I try to use the Cell Room Portal (its north of the starting cell in the Dungeon) and I'm thrust into the Azengaard mod.  This shouldn't happen.

I resolve this by uninstalling the Azengaard mod and WeiDU consequently reinstalls almost all my other mods.

This creates two new problems, portal-related.  The Cell Room Portal is no longer responsive, and the other Portal is no longer guarded by a Rune Assassin..

I just tried reinstalling Ilyich, maybe that'll help.
