Problems with a mod

Can someone help me out here? I'm having trouble with the Kelsey mod. As soon as I finish installing it, the dos script goes ballistic on me. Can anyone help me out here? I don't have ToB, btw. Thanks much.

If you're seeing a lot of text scrolling by, that's entirely normal. We're decoding a few hundred audio files. Just relax and let it finish. :)

I mean that after it was supposed to finish and I press enter, it starts scrolling outta control. Thanks for you advice.
