TP2 directives to shut stuff off

After seeing the Setup for Cloakwood Squares update over two dozen Setup-blahs, and reflecting on the nonzero number of WeiDUs that have been not quite ready for prime time... Wes, please oh please give us a TP2 keyword to NOT do the auto-update, lest we developers hose our entire slate of Setups.

I'd also still really really really really like that menu-shutter-offer. Please.
