Tsuru dear, you need to stop reading bodice rippers. They'll just rot your mental teeth. Read Possession by A.S. Byatt, a good old-fashioned literary mystery/romance about Victorian poets and modern-day scholars (complete with dark little fairy tales, passable Emily Dickinson ripoffs, and not-overly-interesting blank verse), Corelli's Mandolin by Louis de Bernieres, Crossing to Safety by Wallace Stegner.
Kiki, sweetie, what else would one read in a nice bubblebath?
After dealing with the partisan-bashing-political-addicts all day, I *need* mindless fluff, believe me! LOL!
The books I *buy* are very different genres, believe me. I tend to drive himself nuts with books in various states of being read all over the house. He even built me a bookshelf over the sofa in an attempt to collect them all in one place (Notice I said *attempt* (snirk).
(Besides, those bodice rippers haven't hurt Morgan, now have they?
)
