I can lock/unlock the threads I start

Thought you'd like to know. This isn't usual for non-moderators and as moderators are unlikely to notice, as they have this option anyway, I thought I'd point it out.

I'd like to keep it though, just for me.  :)

Yes, currently standard users can lock the threads they start. This could be convenient for people making quick announcements that they don't feel bear any discussion, for instance. If it gets abused, then it won't last.

It could be handy on fanfic as well.  Really be sure that comments are kept separate.

That's a good idea, BevH. I'll add your suggestion to the fanfic rules.
