I noticed Dragon's Breath and Comet are not spells that are affected by the mod (which makes sense, their values do not increase with character level as I recall).
 
However, why would anyone want to do 20d10 damage (10th level Dragon's Breath) when they could do 50d6 (3rd level Fireball)? In the case of the many foes immune to such low level spells, a 50d6 Sunfire (ignores magic resistance) or Chain Lightning are still much cheaper. I realize the spellcaster's level would have to be very high for these spells to overtake the 10th level set, and that your mod isn't about balancing various spells amongst themselves--it was just a thought I had. This is a very nice little mod.
 
Have a fix for you (not concerning the mod):
 
The METSWARM.PRO and ICESTORM.PRO, have 'durations' set to 3.  The spells effected, Ice Storm, Meteor Swarm and Fire Storm are all supposed to have durations of 4.  Setting the 'duration' to 4 will fix the bugs with thise spells (they all last 3 rounds when they should last 4).
 
I can send them to you if you want, but it's simple enough to do in NI.  (If Baldurdash was still around, I'd send it to KD but...)
 
I know this mod isn't a fix, by any stretch, but you might want to include this the Sola mod or something as a bonus fix. [!-/Text-!] [p]

Japheth is in the process of WeiDUifying all of the Baldurdash fixes (so no more overwriting scripts and .DLGs willy-nilly, he's even doing a lot of item patching) and that would seem a logical place to build stuff like GB's spell fixes and my hot-off-the-presses Imoen TOB dialogue fixer. Sunfire grants the caster 100% fire immunity for 3 time units as part of its effect. If the caster had [ 100% immunity before (say, from facing Lower Fire Resistance) it might hurt, depending on how they grant the bonus. [!-/Text-!] [p]

At Sorcerer's Place there is SoA fixpack in WeiDU format. However, it's strictly legal fixpack, it doesn't fix tweaks or cheats nor introduces those in the game. Just fixes the legal game bugs. [!-/Text-!] [p]

SoA fixpack on Sorcerer's Place is NOT Baldurdash conversion nor plagiat. Most of Baldurdash's script fixes are not retroactive (don't work in current game when applied, only if you reload). Also this fixpack contains much stuff fixed what Baldurdash never managed to fix. [!-/Text-!] [p]

I've had problems with the immunity from magical damage spell. when my 43rd level sorc cast it it crashed the computer
