I'd have to write a whole new parser for the log alone (currently the D parser is used). Not a priority.

How adding single string value can force you to rewrite whole thing from scratch? Is it the position of the [installation date:] keyword? Does "d parser" can't just simply ignore everything before first occurrence of ~ ?

Oh, you want it as a string. Well, that would not require a new parser. I still see this as far down the list of priorities, however.
