Nalia can't talk to me
« on: March 29, 2016, 10:01:24 PM »
Hello, this is my first playthrough of BG2 with mods and I greatly appreciate the Nalia romance.  Unfortunately, after I rescued her from Isaea, the romance had ended for some reason.  Did I take too long to rescue her?  The RomanceActive global was at 3, so I set it to 2.  Then I set the LoveTalk to the next one, just to see if that would reactivate it.  The LT was set at 11 so I changed it to 12, but, as soon as I did, she kept trying to talk to protagonist but the dialogue wouldn't initiate.  Certainly related, I can no longer activate flirts with her.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

If her RomanceActive variable was at 3, it means you've screwed the romance somehow, sorry - there are dozens of reasons, from bad reputation to taking too much time to saying the wrong thing. I wouldn't recommend changing the variables, because the script would change it back anyway. So my best suggestion would be reloading an earlier save.

Oh that is unfortunate.  I probably took too much time to rescue her.  I didn't realize there was a time limit.  Well, I enjoyed it while it lasted! :)
