[bug] HANDLE_CHARSETS is not compatible with AUTO_TRA functionality

AUTO_TRA can recognize TRA files located within additional "D" subfolder to automatically use them for files with the same name and "D" extension. HANDLE_CHARSETS skips subfolders which means it is incompatible with any mods that use AUTO_TRA functionality.

HANDLE_CHARSETS is compatible with AUTO_TRA. Refer to Edwin Romance for an example of the two being used together.
If you have something that is not working, please provide demo code so I know what you are talking about.
