Dialogue text missing...
« on: June 27, 2014, 09:11:17 AM »
Got a problem and don't know where I should post it, well, I'm simply post it here then.

Hello guys, I'm playing Baldur's Gate 2 with mods and recently I have a problem: dialogue text missing. I noticed it when at a certain moment Minsc initiated a dialogue and then no text is shown in the dialogue box and when I tried to click a few times I checked on his inventory and found that Boo is gone, or rather, has transformed into something strange, and Minsc's Strength has significantly dropped to 10...! What is the cause of all this? Any solution? Thanks in advance.

PS By the way, how can I attache images in the post?

What you describe is The Kidnapping of Boo component from Unfinished Business. The fact that you see no dialogue makes me think your game install is botched.

Thanks for the advice. I simply uninstalled the game and all the mods and then installed the game again with some selected mods which I thought should be fully compatible with the game and I didn't encounter the problem again. :-)

Thanks a lot. :-)
