Weimer-TacticsMod not installing

I have Weimer-TacticsMod v 25, i am using the .exe version but it will not work when i run the game its still vanilla BGII . Any ideas on why this is not working and how to make it work.

Hey, welcome to PPG!

You have to check that there's a Tactics mod folder in your BG2 folder, and Setup-Tactics.exe. If they're there, run Setup-Tactics.exe and check that the mod's components are installed. They also should show in your Weidu.log in your BG2 folder.

Is the BG2 an BG2EE or the regular ? The mod's not compatible with the EE(at least very likely not to be).

On the regular BG2, you also might have to have a fully installed game... and it should not be in the Program Files -folders, as your Operation System might guard the files from overwriting...
