Which Tutu mod added this?

In the area south of The Friendly Arm Inn and north of Beregost, right by the area of the caravan wagons, there is a woman named 'Caravan Bandit Leader' with her henchman there. Which mod added her? I don't recall seeing her before.

It might be BG1 NPC - the unique item from that woman will later be used in the Silvershield estate. You'll get more info/dialogue, if you take the dwarven NPC Kagain with you(as it's his "quest").
