I think it's better to auto-skip the whole component in case BGT is being detected, like hook71 said. Currently, the component can still be "installed" on BGT and ends up in the weidu log, even though it didn't actually do anything. In accordance with the most recent Modding compatibility note by Ascension64, it would be better to use the following code:

I've just tested this using my ordinary BGT install. The component was skipped correctly.

hook71: You mentioned the travel.d from BG1UB overrides an existing one in BGT that already has corrected journal entries. I kind of lost track on that one - can you confirm?

Yes, TRAVEL.DLG seems fine in my BGT 1.14-installation. The journal-entries are correct and they are removed in AR8603.BCS at the end of chapter five when the bandits have been dealt with. No TRAVEL.CRE is present at all however. Can I check somehow if the DLG-file is used by some other CRE-file?

Hurricane: Indeed, I will change the tp2 code accordingly.

hoof71: I think with NearInfinity it should be possible to search for "references" to the dlg file. A cre having that dlg assigned should give a hit then.
