Crash Upon Leaving Candlekeep W7

I saw that some other also had this problem on mac(where as I got W7), but yeah after copying all files over to the tutu folder still the same. I can't leave Candlekeep.

there is already this bg1data and bg1mov

those I still need to make on folder for all the CD's in there too?
