[Mac OS X] Sensible weapon restrictions for mods compontent fails to install

Hello,

During my current run of installing mods for BGII - SoA/ToB (following the BiG World install order instructions, but installing all mods manually), the following appears when I attempt to install the weapon restriction for mods component:

ERROR: illegal 1-byte write () offset 138 of 114-byte file AA03.ITM
ERROR: [AA03.ITM] -> [override/AA03.ITM] Patching Failed (COPY) (Failure("AA03.ITM: write out of bounds"))
Stopping installation because of error.

ERROR Installing [Sensible weapon restrictions for MODS], rolling back to previous state
Will uninstall 11 files for [setup-ashesofembers.tp2] component 0.
Uninstalled 11 files for [setup-ashesofembers.tp2] component 0.
ERROR: Failure("AA03.ITM: write out of bounds")

Is there a way to troubleshoot and fix this? Some of AoE's other components install just fine, and I've never seen this error before...and I've reinstalled a LOT.
