Will the Kelsey romance still continue?

I kinda pissed him off unintentionally (I guess he's just really sensitive about being a sorceror) and his flirts don't pop up when I talk to him anymore? He said something about a headache and not wanting to talk to me anymore. Does he calm down or did he permanently terminate the romance?

No, it should continue. The Kelsey romance is very, very long--he'll come around. Just be patient.
