Yes, they are compatible. As a general rule of thumb, all WeiDU mods are compatible with one another, unless they change the same components--but that's another matter. Anyway, since Valen and Flirtpacks affect different aspects of the game (1st adds an NPC, 2nd adds conditional player-initiated dialog), there shouldn't be any problems installing both.
