About Boo s Kidnapping
« on: December 15, 2009, 10:13:03 PM »
So, can anyone spoil it for me; Minsc realized that the hamster I gave him wasn-t the real Boo and left the party and I dont know how to finish this quest.
Thanks

It's been a while, but as I recall you have to go to the Docks, go to the Sea's Bounty and I think Minsc will notice a little boy.  He'll run into the upper level of the Sea's Bounty and you go on from there.

I've done that; then the boy took me to an animal seller and I got a hamster that wasn't Boo but convinced Minsc that it was; some days later he notices that it isn't Boo and I confess to that, then he left the party to look for Boo. Is Minsc gone for good or is there a way to get him back?

I think he is.  If you have a save reload.  You need to tell Minsc the truth and the guy in the shop will reveal that he sold Boo to a woman...and go from there.  You'll find Boo all right, and get a bonus, to boot!   ;D

x_X well, then I guess I will have to put Keldorn as the tank of the group since I don't have savefile before Minsc left the party. Thanks anyway n_n

PS: Will he still appear in ToB?

Hmmm...good question.  I don't know.  I've never tried summoning him since I always had him in my party.

Anyone know?  That IS a good question!
