CTD when try to exit area

I'm playing DC and really enjoying it. I'm on the level where you meet Binky and his lich. I chose to leave them alone and removed the smugglers instead. Every time I try to leave the level (through the big door to the North) the game autosaves and then crashes to the desktop.

I'm running a lot of mods (basically a custom BG2-only Big World installation, following the recommended Big World install order and options), so there is a lot of potential for conflict. Is there a way to console command my way into the next area?

I think it may be that your area didn't load/didn't download to the game directory. Did you install the mod as you should have - clicked on the exe twice? Do you have 7 files starting with "aro#04" in your override directory?

The advice is very simple: make sure you downloaded Dungeon Crawl fully, then unpack it and copy all contents of DC/area folder to your override directory(that should be 28 files, 7 for each area). Should work then.

Thanks for the advice Kulyok. All the files from the DC install are in my override (I double-checked and recopied just to make sure). I can console my way to ARO#04, but trying to go through the door or console to ARO#03 crashes to desktop.

Oh well, I'll keep messing around with it. In any case it's a great mod, I'm sure the problem is with my spaghetti installation of BG2.
