Terminator 4 is so-so (not cool)

Special effects - yes, but operator = bad, camera = jumps, sound = too loud at times, and finale = lousy.

I knew the story would suck(it did), but I love(loved, as it's cancelled) Sarah Connor Chronicles, and wanted to grab a piece of that. It's okay, but tickets were expensive, and I'm kinda disappointed.

Not awful, though. Not "bad, bad, bad". Fire the guy who wrote the script, fire the guy who hired him, and Terminator 5 will be better, I say. But parts 1 and 2 will probably remain unsurpassed.

I'm genuinely puzzled by Terminator sequels.

What else do they need to tell us other than:

1. The post-nuclear future will be controlled by killer robots who look like Arnie
2. There will be a few humans who valiantly fight against them
3. They will be led by John Connor
4. Thanks to an extraordinary series of events, John Connor's dad is from the post-nuclear future.

the most funny thing i find in all those series

is that NOTHING can compete vs terminator 1 and 2
they have some REALISM(not saying it's real but looks more real)

terminator 3 was epic fail with it's 3d graphics
there was no realism in that one, since u KNEW all was animated
the story line sucked as well (ROBO GIRL?) wow i'm suprised
i bet the just add in the robo girl to get her naked so more men watch it rofl
but SUCKS

terminator 4 will most likely be the same but with MORE 3d animated trash which you can see that it;s 100% animated and that u can se it from miles away

My concern lies in the fact that it's directed by a man called "McG", whose previous work includes Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle, and... I think that's about it?

I think so, yeah. And believe it or not, in 2011 he'll be filming a sequel.

It had nothing on T2. What I liked about T2 was the human/machine relationship, which I don't really think made it into this movie. Apart from that, every spoken line was either a gruff, badass comment, a threat, or some kind of shouting.

As an action movie it was very well made, with some amazing effects (will seem so until the next even more amazing movie comes along, no doubt), and no way of making the viewer care about what happened.
