I am having problems with Inspector Daton... I go into the guard's barracks, and there are two guard captain, and one says something about a halfling, but repeats it over and over.

I have Expanded Thief Stronghold, which i know uses the barracks and adds characters, so I am assuming that is the problem, but is there a way to summon Daton and have the quest play out normally?

Yes, just don't go to the barracks. Inspector will be downstairs in the tavern.

I'm having an issue witht the last mission.
I killed Bhoodi, the boy notified me just outside the entrance and I went to the five flagon directly. I talk with lynn, I meet her employer, they "shadow door" away, and then... lynn stays there and the game remains in cutscene mode.
I reinstalled the mod, re-downloaded it and re-installed it (on the same playthrough), but it doesn't change anything.
I tried looking at the dialogue files, but it's my first time using mods for BG, and I don't really want to put my head into that scripting language.

It might be due to spell revisionV3, since lynn doesn't disappear, but my version os spell_rev doesn't change Shadow door at all.

If you can't see any reason for the occurence of this bug, could you at least give me a method to bypass it in some way... I really want to finish this awesome mod until the end.

Hello, welcome to PPG, and thank you for reporting.

It's probably not Shadow Door, it's an MoveBetweenAreas() command in the script, so the Spell Revisions are all right.

I'm sorry you've met with this trouble. This hasn't happened before, though, so it might be an installation glitch, especially if you did reinstall; sometimes it happens.

I'd recommend restoring a clean backup and installing mods anew; you can do it in two minutes:

Hi, just ran through the first part of assassinations. I talked to Lynn, quite spooky, I liked it. She sent me to the sailor tavern on the docks, and told me to drop off a note.

Upstairs there were four guys in leathers. Their names were their dialogues, and when I talked to them, it assumed what my response was.

Im not sure what the issue is, but Id welcome some guidance ^^

It probably means an installation error - it happens when you install two mods at once, or something similar. I'd guess these four guys are from your Unfinished Business(or was it Quest Pack?) quest, no? Anyway, I'd restore a clean install as per this topic: http://forums.pocketplane.net/index.php?topic=17555 (usually takes less than a minute), reinstall the mods carefully(one by one), and continue your game.

Awesome, that was a quick response. We installed unfinished business, questpack, a few others. Ill try the reinstall.

Its possible I may be able to skip them though. Where does her first note take me in the sailor's tavern?

Sailing smooth now. Passed off the note with no problems.

Now to find Melvyn. . .
