Problem with jaheira

my "add-ons" are only flirt pack and i do not know if it that there's something wrong with.
in Irenicus' dungeon (yes in the beginning of the game) i talk to jaheira and say i'll go look for the key. i find the key, talk to her and she says something like "you have the key? then unlock this door" or something like that. then i open the door, go inside her cell, and talk to her, she then says: have you found the key yet. i can only answer, i'll go looking or i think i'll just leave you here. seeing as i want al three original romance npc with me i kinda want jaheira. this prolbem happens no matter what i am. so far i've tested human elf half elf, wisard, fighter etc. so plz help?

also i don't know if it matters but i also have shadow keeper. thought i should mention it.

Hello, and welcome to PPG.

Do a clean installation: reinstall your game fully. Do not use Shadow Keeper, or any mods. Start the game, rescue Jaheira and continue playing.

If everything goes all right, you can exit the game, install Flirt Pack and continue playing(flirts do not start until Chapter 2 anyway).
