Need help with NPC (Area)

Hi all.

Hoping that I might be able to get a hand.

I have my mod off the ground, an in game avatar for testing, most of the banters and such done, but I am sort of stuck. I have one area that I need made, it is beyond my ability (though the others are done/ripped)

If anyone can help out, please drop me a line if ya will. :)
