Lich in the dock bug?

Has anyone else had this happen?  I went in to fight the Lich in the docks and right off I killed him with Azuredge while hes in the middle of casting spells.  I check and it shows I got the experience so I went on and finished off the others in the room.  Then when I went to save it kept saying that I couldn't save when there were enemies around.  I finally left the room, saved, and came back in to get the items in there.  When I reentered, I got a conversation from the lich saying something like: "whos trying to manipulate me, come out and show yourselves"  like he thought I was invisible.  I went ahead and got all the items in the room including the lich's stuff and left.  I am still wondering what might have happened there.  Thank-you for you help.
