Alternate classes: final
« on: March 12, 2008, 10:24:13 AM »
So, one more time: I am going to give the characters these classes - take a look.

Holvir:   1) paladin

Nella:    1) fighter, dual-classes to cleric OR druid

Korin:    1) ranger
            2) multiclass ranger/cleric

Severn: 1) bard
            2) mage
            3) multiclass fighter/mage

Teri:      1) multiclass fighter/thief
            2) multiclasss thief/mage
            3) multiclass fighter/thief/mage

Any others?

Only one suggestion for an extra option.  How about Teri as a single-class thief?  Hardly a powerful single-class in IWD, but might be nice to have as an option (I believe that for each of the other classes, some NPC has the ability to advance in that class effectively as a single class).

Looks cool to me otherwise.

All right, finished and implemented:

Holvir,   paladin
Korin,    ranger, alternate class: multiclass cleric/ranger
Nella,    fighter, possible dual-class - cleric, druid
Severn, bard, alternate class: mage, multiclass fighter/mage
Teri,     multiclass fighter/thief, alternate class: thief, multiclass mage/thief, multiclass fighter/mage/thief

Sounds good and sufficiently flexible. It allows for most any PC class and still make a workable party I think, which is the most important thing here.

I'll most likely still end up playing a mage to statisfy my craving for more spells, though. ;-)
