Is there a Rest Anywhere mod for EasyTutu?
« on: February 04, 2008, 06:21:17 PM »
Subject header says it all. I tried googling for one, but I only run into one for BG2.

If it's the one from the BG2 tweak pack at G3, improve your RTFMing skills.
Author or Co-Author: WeiDU (http://j.mp/bLtjOn) - Widescreen (http://j.mp/aKAiqG) - Generalized Biffing (http://j.mp/aVgw3U) - Refinements (http://j.mp/bLHoCc) - TB#Tweaks (http://j.mp/ba02Eg) - IWD2Tweaks (http://j.mp/98OFYY) - TB#Characters (http://j.mp/ak8J55) - Traify Tool (http://j.mp/g1Ry9A) - Some mods that I won't mention in public
Maintainer: Semi-Multi Clerics (http://j.mp/9UeIwB) - Nalia Mod (http://j.mp/dng9l0) - Nvidia Fix (http://j.mp/aRWjjg)
Code dumps: Detect custom secondary types (http://j.mp/hVzzXG) - Stutter Investigator (http://j.mp/gdtBn8)

If possible, send diffs, translations and other contributions using Git (http://j.mp/aBZFrq).

I *completely ignored* this mod so I never read the instructions. I did not think a mod for Tutu (BG1) would be called 'The BG2 tweak pack'. I have most of the components from this mod already, but that one is called the 'Tutu Tweak Pack'. That is what I was looking for. More Tutu Tweaks.  Not tweaks for BG2. It looks like this one merges the Tutu Tweak pack with the BG2 tweak pack. Fine, but the title of the mod gives no indication that that is the case.

It's the first result for "rest anywhere" tutu on Google. And, unless you've been living under a cave for the previous two years, you should have heard that "Tutu Tweaks" was discontinued and merged in BG2 Tweaks and that tweak mods for BG2 also affect Tutu (easy and normal) and BGT.

Yeah that link (third one down in google now, this thread holds the first two positions at this time) takes you to the BG2 Tweak Pack which I already explained why I ignored it. See, the whole BG2 TWEAK PACK title kinda threw me off. You know, since I wasn't looking for tweaks for BG2. And no, I did not know these two mods were merged. I generally only check this forum when I have a problem with a mod. Or when I can't find one.  ;)  I only check the status of EasyTutu regularly.

Anyway, I have the mod, I have the component, everything is fine and dandy now so I'm moving on. Thank you for the link.
