Does kissing Kelsey automatically breaks Anomen's romance?

If you mean choosing (Kiss Kelsey) flirt, then no, it doesn't.

There will be a few conflicts between the two, both in Kelsey's lovetalks and Anomen's, and a final conflict will follow.
