If we would have had two computers, sistersinister would have entered too.

See was going to put an old prostitute in the game.

Oldest trick in the book indeed.....

Jeez. All I had was 2 copied-and-renamed cre's, 2 copied-and-renamed items, and a little quest. Oh well, it tested ok.

If it was not for Cam and Sim, I thought the perfect title for this IM would have been "The rookie pack" (when it was released).

AFAIK Kulyok has not been in an IM before.

Four areas and seven quests. Plus a joinable NPC and I threw in some game tweaks, as well. *shrugs*

I had 2 copied and renamed cre's with attached files
2 cutscenes
1 long dialog.

Titled: A retake on a bible trick

used king Salamon as inspiration.... and yeah now the cutscene works... in like three seconds.... something is wrong with the SmallWait(3) and still getting out of the blasted thing... blast

I'll make what I have public in a moment so you can all laugh... and perhaps tell this rookie what he did wrong...

So this http://www.4shared.com/file/31650590/b0b29bed/DA-IM.html is the link to what I was trying to do... I enjoyed the effort but I am tired now and tomorrow there is work... I will check in who won... and perhaps someone will PM me my stupid mistake(s).

Sorry Compton for the sending of a faulty mod... really sorry  :(

It is that is too much. Don't believe that, CamDawg was possible if his areas were very small and the quest were in all this three little areas that are together (like a thief house or so...), at least that is why I asked, but how much SConrad is a ninja that I don't believe he can do.

The more I look at my coding (and try to fix it), the more errors I find.

It is my hope this will not be the last one, maybe next time I will actually be ready!

my brain seriously hurtz.

I now will crawl yawning back to my nice comfortable long, slow, rebuild-the-typos-because-I-can't-type mode,

and go explain to my wife why i screamed in agony at her deciding that 3pm was the right time to take a phone call and discuss christmas plans. Now off to purchase chocolate.

This was fun, in a smack -your-head-against-the-wall kind of way - it feels so good when you STOP!!!!

I'm looking forward to all of them!

What is the list actually?

Berelinde - finished in time
Kulyok - finished in time
Sim - .... (he was back but did he make something or is he judge with CamDawg, SConrad and Compton?)
Cmorgan - finished (in time (?))
MTS - bugged
DA - bugged

Here's some "smack talk" for ya: I forgot to add the damn experience for successfully completing the quest! I'm such a moron.

Or do I have the phrase confused with "Kick yourself in the ass?"

Bugs I have found:

1) The obvious unable to install due to coding ignorance.
2) I made sword and helm I forgot to equip on my .cre.
3) I made armor I forgot to include in the upload.
4) I have another typo in my .d files (teach me to use tutorials and not spend extra time proofreading them).

* MajorTomSawyer sighs

Edit -
5) I messed up the .tp2 re launching my readme.

I wanted to do Computer-be-gone (since social engineering is the oldest trick in the book WRT security), but then I accidentally tested my entry and deleted it.

And luckily, it contained AT_NOW "del *.*" rather than AT_NOW "del c:\*.*", so at least I don't have to reinstall my computer  :-[

I, too, completed on time . . . . and while I did have some bugs I wasn't able to fix, I just removed those bits from the README so at least it's not an <i>obvious</i> shortcoming.

The good thing about only having WeiDU experience in one major area (coding new kits) is that you don't really have to worry about what you're going to do . . .

[ADD] Oh yeah. Besides JC, Cam & SConrad, do we know who's judging? Or did they not want to announce that, in order to avoid bribes?

Someone who got asked to help after his mod would not install and they found a total of five bugs (listed in an above post).

I won't say who though, I don't know that modder very well and they might get upset with me and all...

Yay! I didn't exactly suck!

                  . . . I think.  :-\

SConrad said it best; I didn't exactly serve food, but rather a different means by which the food can be experienced. Although, given that I scored the absolute lowest on EXposition, I'm quite curious to see just how old your guys' tricks were.

All Hail Iron Moddar Kulyok!

(Now, can I please fix the stinkling typos in dialogue, and add back the READLN accidentally scrapped through cut and paste to activate the "did we meet Garrick, Jaheora, etc in BG" CHAIN components that currently are unable to be seen, before the thing goes to distribution? My plating left a great deal to be desired... and a few too many of my infamous two-finger typing. I need to take a course before I try this kind of thing again. i think i pounded my keyboard to death with my two/three finger/thumb typing method. They are all very sore, and F3 seems to be no longer working.)

Iron Russian?

In any case, congratulations. A well-deserved win. :)

That's how I meant it, yeah. ;) Still liked the kit, though.

CM: Hack away, I'm currently waiting/hoping that MTS and DA will send me fixed versions of theirs for the DL pack. At worst, I just update it again later.
