Ok I finaly got the last issue solved, now I am havign a problem with npcs. When I try to talk to them they go "you cant initiate dialogue X npc is busy" how do I fix this !

AHHH damnit I forgot to patch after I started from a clean install. Can i fix it?

I dont' think you can add the patch to a modded game, I think it modifies/overwrites the dialog.tlk file.

I'm afraid that is correct. The Bioware patch absolutely must go on before mods. You're going to have to start over.
