easytutu area missing fw0300 (northeast baldur's gate city area)

I have a current easytutu install, and it crashes upon trying to enter/load area fw0300 (northeast baldur's gate city area).
Everythign else seems just fine.

Is this a problem that can be fixed?

To answer my own question, it would appear a pre-requisite to first SLEEP IN AN INN before being ALLOWED to enter/load area 0300 without crashing.....

Can anybody explain why that is?
