Cache location under Easy Tutu Install

Pardon me if this is a 'dumb' question.  When I have problems with a CTD caused by mods I usually clear out the cache.  In the Tutu directory, when I look in the 'cache' subdirectory I never see any files.  This is confusing as when I played SOA/TOB and exited a game whether normally or by CTD there was always something in 'cache' so where is EasyTutu putting cache stuff? Unless EasyTutu is so efficient it always clears out the cache.

To the best of my knowledge, caching is handled entirely by the game engine.  I'm certainly not doing anything.  It's entirely possible one or more entries in the ini file affect caching; EasyTutu modifies only the HD0 and CD2 path strings.
