Another Baldurs gate error :(:(:( help?

Managed to get the game working but now I have a VERY annoying error when i load up a saved game(If I coded it right there should be a screen-shot below)
I have baldurs gate and TOSC installed with the latest patches I had days of problems getting it to work, now i have this error Please help

I know you're running BG and not BG2, but have you installed the BG2 Fix from G3, or another fixpack that restores the BG loadscreen? If so, you might want to check out the post I've made regarding a similar problem I have been having. The post was made to the G3 forum, since I believed the root cause to be something Fixpack related, but it might have been Tweakpack related, instead.

What version of Baldur's Gate & Tales of the Sword Coast are you using?  What type of install did you select (full, minimum, custom)?  You have the official patch for the version of the game you are using?  You aren't using Tutu, or any mods right?

That looks very weird to me.  I've never seen anything like it.  You don't have any strange processes going on in the background, or doing some odd thing like playing from a portable drive or whatever?

I'd definitely post on the Bioware forums and ask there.  Kevin Lynch is the moderator on the Bioware BG/BG2 forums and he usually answers most tech help question.  He's been there forever too, and he really knows his stuff.  He's probably seen just about everything.  If anyone could help you, then he could.

Baldurs gate offical packs from the offical BG website

im using 5-disk version BG (on reccordmended install) and TOSC on (as I remember) A full install

Well I just signed up with BioWare and told them I will see if they can help, if not I think i will run outside and scream like a mad woman then try different ways of installing

If you have the UK version, I've read that installing the UK TotSC patch from http://www.bioware.com/games/tales_sword_coast/support/patches/ fixes some problems with the 4-in-1 UK version.  (Supposedly the patch included in the install is for the US version.)

If you've already done this or have the US version, then nvm.

I had a problem like this a few years ago, only with BG2.  Turns out I'd accidentally deleted dialog.tlk .

I think I might have done a simular thing, I took the game off my drive (and cleared all files) Reinstalled and used one patch, and it now works (also used DVD game version instead of 5-disk version)
