Missing spell description in BG-TOTSC

Detect Evil is missing it's spell description. Is this normal? Or did Dudleyville's fixpack break it?

 I've encountered another problem. Three times now my party was waylaid by an Ogre Mage and the game crashes when it casts Stinking Cloud. The actual error message I get is this:

assertion failed in D:\Dev\Baldur\CGameEffect.cpp at line number 1122

I think this is a problem with Unfinished Business, because the file for the spell is SPWI213.SPL. The Timestamp for it's creation is november 24, 2004, but it was modified on July 25, 2006 which corresponds with the timestamp on the backup of the spell in the Unfinished Business installation directory.
