saving Sanik (spoiler)

Saving Sanik was emotionally rewarding and corrected what I felt was one of the biggest inconsistencies in the game: we imagine we're powerful enough to storm Spellhold and pluck Imoen out from under Irenicus' scarred nose, but we can't manage to save a mage from a single assassin who is standing there plugging away at him with a crossbow.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. (It actually took some balancing to make sure it didn't take the Assassin far too long to kill Sanik, but I think it works reasonably now.)
