Hello -

It's Kagain.  He's in a building in Beregost.  The building doesn't have a visible entrance (many buildings in Beregost do not), so finding the entrance is a bit of a pixel hunt.

That explains why I never found him. I usually run a good party, and don't do much breaking and entering, unless a subquest points in that direction.

I'll give it a shot.
