.PLT Files
« on: October 01, 2006, 11:43:59 PM »
Just wondering if there is a reason that NI will not show images of .PLT files that are in the override folder.  And if not, if this could be changed.

To specify, using the One Pixel Productins Mod, the .PLT images don't show up in NI.

Thanks,
Cirerrek

Given that the 1PP .plt files actually contain only a single word, (open one up with a text editor and see) it makes sense that NI doesn't display them. :) The bogus .plts force the game to revert to the BG1 .bam paperdolls instead.

NI does display "real" .plts that are in the override folder.

Hmm, you are saying that the BG1.plt files are still in-game, then.  I hadn't realized that.

The one word trick would explain why NI doesn't display them, then.

I guess what I really would like is an option to see a side-by-side comparision of .plt files, something that should really be taken up at the 1PP forum.

Okay, how about an option to organize the override folder file listing by file type rather than in alphabetic order.

Technically the BG1 paperdolls are .bams not .plts, but yes, they are still in the BG2 biffs.
