Tutu not installing

Can some one help me I have the newest patches and a complete install but Tutu's just opening and closing without installing

my Tutu log says

ERROR: Unable to find CHITIN.KEY in:
   C:\Program Files\Black Isle\Baldur's Gate

This looks like the important bit.  The conversion program can't find the all-important CHITIN.KEY for BG1.  Are you sure you set the paths right in the CONFIGURATION file?

If you are a Windows user, have a look at EasyTutu as an alternative if you can't make any progress with the problem.
