I've been browsing the forums a bit and noticed other mods have altered starting xp...it would seem its done through hex editing? I also heard there was a patch of somesort for it, but could not find a link =(. To my understanding you also have to keep the starting xp over '1' (some said preferably 100).
As far as projectiles go (spells, like magic missiles, fireball, lighting bolt etc) Are their movements hardcoded, or are they run by a script of somesorts. I'm using DLTC and can view the animations, but I'm worried about editing them since I am unsure how their behavior is regulated. Looking into the spells I noticed a dropdown box for projectile animation (are these animations editable?).
