Oldness: is it really that bad?

Try thinking of it this way. Putting down your glasses and then forgetting where they are is a natural and normal experience for anyone who wears glasses, unless you always put them in the same place

The best part about getting older is that your birthday cake has to be bigger to accomodate all the candles.  More chocolate = happiness!

It's still big. Presumably if you like cheesecake enough to have it as your birthday cake, this will bring more happiness too. And there is often fruit on cheesecake. Purty.

I can't wait to be old. Poor hearing and eyesight, random knee, bladder and kidney failure. Think of the tension and excitement! You never know what's going to happen next!

I don't like the prospect of growing old. Watch your body as it slowly falls apart on you. Perhaps I will continue to live fast and die young.
