Hello people!

I was wondering if this great Mod will be TuTu compatible and if it should run before the TuTu conversion!
Thanks and please keep it up with this great project!!  ;)

For obscure technical reasons, I'm in favour of it requiring Tutu, but I don't recall what Icelus decided.

You might try asking in the UB-BG1 forum. ;)

If you posted there, then people would see the "new posts" icon and then probably read. ;) I'm splitting these posts as they're not to do with BG2 UB.

I imagine BG1-UB will be compatible with every other sensibly coded BG1 mod.

Thanks for moving it in here, Andyr!  ;)

Idobek,

always nice to see you around! What you presume is also what I am hoping of course...I am wondering how it would do with TuTU or BGT-WeiDu...Logic makes me think that this mod should be aimed to BG1 but I didn't read any official statement about this yet...  ;)

Hey Icelus,

Will BG1:UB be compatible with Echon's FotD?

Thanks,

It should be, yes.  As it gets closer to release I will work with Echon to make sure everything will work together.  In the event that there is a conflict, it will be documented.

Since it seems that FotD isnt compatible with any other BG1 mod, nor BGT and that FotD reintroduce the second level of the Shalandar Ice Cave to the isle (who btw is a cut component and so a possible part of UB BG1 ?).

And since BGT is now a full weidu mod, how goes the compatibilty question ?

Dunno yet.

Before it's released, I will work with Echon to try and ensure compatibility between FotD and UB.

I have no experience with BGT, and it's not really a priority at the moment.  It will definitely be made compatible with Tutu, and I don't think there should be too many differences that will be needed to port it to BGT, but I'm not comfortable making a decision on that matter at this point.

Full-fledged WeiDU mods like this one should be compatible with FotD. You just have to install them last.

Are you planning a BGT compatible version? I think it would make this mod MUCH more popular and offer more people chance to try it. I really enjoyed UB for bg2 so i would like to play this as well, but without BGT compatibility there is no such option because i will not uninstall DSOTSC NTOSC SOBH and many other mods from my BGT install wchich im playing right now...

Nope.
Why? What files cause a conflict?

What other mods has this been tested with that are compatible?
