Downloaded Tutu6 plus the latest Fixpack (16?).  Encountered the darn chicken and he says he's gonna nestle in my pack. Got also the BG1NPC mod from G3 installed.

Okay, get to HIgh Hedge and talk to the mage.  Guess what?  No chicken!

All right - figured maybe because Charname had a full inventory chicken couldn't be added to inventory so reverted to an earlier game, left a slot open for inventory.

Saved the chicken, get the nestle in backpack speech.  But again, no chicken!  It vanishes from the screen but doesn't appear in anyone's inventory.  Had to finally resort to Shadowkeeper to add it to inventory.

This didn't happen with Tutu4, FixPack15 and BG1NPC project.  Anyone else have this happening?

P.S.  While installing Tutu6 I noticed some error messages but stupid me erased the debug file to save space as the install seemed to be working.
