Selective Tactics Mod Use

Is there a way I can make the Tactics mod work only for one game file?
Probably not.. Still worth a shot at asking, though.

I'm thinking about creating my own party of five or six and playing through on a hard difficulty with the Tactics mod. But I have on other game going and I don't want Tactics in that one.
A most terrible dilema.

Maybe I could install it while I'm playing that certain game where I create all the characters, then uninstall it when I want to play the other game, then install it again whenever I want to go back to playing that certain game?
Hah. Yeah.

Any ideas?
