Bard Stronghold

I'm currently playing a bard for the first time and thought is strange that Kelsey didn't comment on the name or nature of the play. Was this intentional or did I miss something because I'm not romancing him? I thought he might have a bit to say (he does to other NPC, I thought his conversation with Valygar was great). So just let me know if there is some sort of special circumstances that need to take play before it happens (if at all).

I've never made a master list of Kelsey interjections and I know I didn't give him interjection content for all of the strongholds, so if you didn't see anything it's likely I simply never wrote any.
