Spell charges on items

Okay. Anyone remember how the Elf in Suldanessellar instantly kills the demon, and kills himself  in the process?

Well, I'm currently making a mageblade, and what I would like to do, is to give the blade x charges (1 a day) with instant death: Disintegrate, which also throws a wing buffet upon the caster as he uses the charge.

Now, is this possible, and if so how?

I'm using DCLTCEP...
