Features the Surayah mod should include:
--------------------------------------------

- Redemption storyline if Anomen goes CN

- Addition of a Sune Temple area and a Cleric of Sune (Heartwarder) Kit, with at least two stronghold-related quests

- Surayah will have a romance with Anomen if he is in the party and not romancing the PC, and, yes, he can still kill Surayah.

- The initial release will only include friendly banters between Surayah and the PC, but I will be adding in the possibilty to romance Surayah in later versions.

- I hope to expand the existing Marching Mountains and the Forest of Mir areas in ToB to include more Calimshan goodness, as well as include the Calim Desert and the Spider Swamp. This will not be a goal to be completed with the first version of this mod, however, but rather a later improvement.

- There will be at least 2 banters involving each Bioware NPC, and in many cases, significantly more than that.

- There will also be another party-joinable NPC available - Hessa - a neutral evil, half-elf thief, expanded from the One-Day NPC project.

- Plenty of interjections, including the standard Tree of Life and the Abyss spots.

- New Sunite and Calimshite items, including: Heartwarder Cloak(+1 to AC, plus grants a Mass Charm ability),, Scimitar of the Sirocco (a +3 scimitar with added electrical damage), Harnesses of Defense +1 through +3 (the Calimshite alternative to Bracers of Defense worn in the belt slot, only rather than setting AC at a particular level the benefit is cumulative), Calimshite mail +1 and +2 (like chainmail, only lighter and added defense benefits), armor lubricant (temporarily increases dexterity), various jambiyas (hooked daggers), and heartstone gems (shiny pretty!)

- Surayah has some personal items: Velvet pouch (personal container that holds up to 15 items), Comb and brush (grooming is important!), Sirocco No. 5 (smells nice, and with Korgan around, a necessity), Surayah's zills (throwing dagger that does double damage - because finger cymbals come in pairs) and Silky wispy bits (Surayah has a pile of them, just in case someone has a lingerie emergency - woogawooga!)

- Surayah will have a variety of song files, some sampled, some completely original, some original performances of adapted material.

Quite aside from the character herself, I'm really looking forward to this.  There are a number of problems with the CN storyline, and a revision/alteration will be most welcome.

Just a thought but couldn't we have a challenge for Anomen's love? Grin
Great job though I can't wait to play with her.....

I'm really looking forward to this mod!

A question, however. Any chance of the Cleric of Sune kit being released separately before the mod? I'm the crappest modder that never was and have been trying to make such a kit for AGES now - but gave up.

Keep up the good work!  Grin

Doubtful. Sorry. Though, if I get to a point where I'm ready to test the kit and its related quests before I'm ready to beta the full mod, I might look for people to try that part out earlier, so I can tweak stuff for the sake of balancing. I don't know how long off that might be, however. I still feel I have a huge list of things that need wrapping up.

The Heartwearder of Sune is one of the kits I would most like to see added to Cleric Remix (along with the Demarch of Mask and Dweomerkeeper of Mystra), so make sure to keep an eye on that mod Smiley.

Waaait . . . I don't get it.  Doesn't Anomen have to kill Surayah to go CN?

And if he doesn't go in to kill her and her father and such, how does she meet the party??

A Temple of Sune area will be added to the game, where the party can find Surayah available for recruiting. Whether Anomen is in the party and how his quest plays out will affect whether Surayah will remain in the party to allow for standard events like the CN skullcrushing to occur.
